Colour: Ripe bigarreau cherry with high robe and bluish reflections. Very intense and bright.
In the nose: Touches of cherry, strawberry, gooseberry and woodland fruits come to the fore, offering a fresh, clean aroma with a blend of roasted wood, coffees and vanillas in perfect harmony.
In the mouth: It is fleshy and structured and the sensations of red fruit typical of this variety and spicy nuances provided by the new oak coexist in perfect harmony. It has a very long and elegant finish and invites one to drink it again.
Variety: 100% Tempranillo.
From vineyards of over 100 years of age, harvested with great care. The grapes are brought to the winery in small boxes where the stems are removed manually, grape by grape.
Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in oak vats with a capacity of 750 litres at a controlled temperature. Later, the wine remains 14 months in new casks made from the best French oak.
Serving temperature: 16ºC-18ºC.
