Colour: Cherry red with slight, brick-red tones typical of the ageing process. Bright and attractive.
Aromas: Well defined and elegant, in which the aroma of noble wood, harmonised with ripe fruit is very perceptible.
In the mouth: The liquorice is associated with the properties provided by the cask ageing process, vanilla and roasted caramel.
Variety: 100% Tempranillo.
Ageing: 12 months in French and American oak.
Serving temperature: 16ºC-18ºC.
