Colour: Lemon yellow with golden hues. Very clean and bright.
In the nose: It begins with the expected touches of roasted coffee, spices and vanilla, to give way to ripe white fruit such as pear and apricot. It presents a highly intense, aromatic complexity and allows one to discover a perfect harmony between the typical aromas of this variety and the secondary aromas provided by the wood of the American oak.
In the mouth: It is presented as a voluminous, glyceric and persistent wine. The freshness provided by the perfectly integrated fruit with sweet touches of oak is outstanding. It is very rounded and elegant.
